This is one of the many bogs on the street where I live. Many bogs are dry picked but a greater number are usually wet picked. This one was flooded during the cranberry harvesting season in preparation of wet picking the cranberries. The paper it was painted on has a yellowish cast which help create a bright lively feel to the piece.
