One of the many tugs that move the oil barges to and from their destination is Diplomat. This is a regal looking tug that proudly struts her stuff as she heads East to Cape Cod Bay with her barge in tow. Her dual bridges allow Diplomat a number of options including the ability to push, pull or tow alongside.
