This wet-on-dry watercolor was done to show that a wide variety of textures can be handled using a wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry technique. It's what I enjoy --the texture of rocks, sand, water, wood, metal and foliage all come together to convincing tell a tale as an antique vehicle passes this well painted lonely home on a coastal New England shore.
