Once upon a time a few tall ships came into Plymouth Harbor and this schooner was one of them. Here we find her on the way to destinations unknown. Anthony, First: Thank You so much for your kind comments. For me, painting is all about the movement of light and temperature no matter the subject. If I remember correctly, this was the original "Pride of Baltimore" passing Bug Light before she went down in a storm. Second: I viewed many of your pieces and was amazed at how much of your work is influenced by the oriental culture. They were masters of the brush and it shows in your work.

Anthony, this is a lovely painting, evocative of the glory days of sail. A great composition and beautifully painted. Congratulations and "Happy Christmas!" Voted/Fav'
